An Ayurveda physician with over 5 years of clinical experience in India, practicing classical Ayurvedic medicine and therapies. Completed BAMS from PNPS Ayurveda Medical College, Kanhangad, and has been actively involved in patient care and Ayurvedic management of various health conditions.

Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetology, integrating Ayurvedic principles with skin and aesthetic care.

In addition, completed the Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), Bengaluru, enabling to incorporate yoga-based wellness practices into a holistic treatment approach.

Began clinical career at Itoozi Ayurveda hospital , a traditional Ayurvedic hospital with a rich legacy and a recognized center for CRAV and later managed clinical responsibilities at the Ayurveda clinic serving the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala . Subsequently, worked at Jeevakeeyam Ayurveda Research Hospital as RMO .

Focuses on personalized treatment based on individual body constitution (Prakriti) and disease condition, aiming to restore balance and promote long-term health through authentic Ayurveda.
